Stats Update

We haven't posted an update in a while. Mini still hasn't had her growth spurt but she's been eating a lot more, hence her improved weight. Grande has shot up recently, i think barely over 42" last year when we went to Great Wolf Lodge. Mini: - Height: 51" - Weight: 80lbs Grande: - Height: 47" - Weight: 51lbs

The Passing of Moonlight

Moonlight, Mini's first pet, passed away. He was a Double Tail Halfmoon Betta fish. He had fin rot for many months now that we couldn't quite get rid of. After a final few days of lethargic movement, he finally took his last breath inside the log, which was his favorite hiding spot. We took him out to the backyard and gave him a proper burial. RIP.

Dances With Wolves

Today, I watched my favorite movie Dances with Wolves with Mini. I struggled a lot about whether she was ready to watch such a serious movie. We started around 6:30pm and Grande fell asleep after 15 minutes. Mini was able to stay up for the nearly 4 hours extended version. She wanted to watch it because she loves wolves, and she did like the movie. Obviously she loved all the scenes with Two Socks except the final one. I think she understood mostly what was going on. Anyway, I'm glad I could share my favorite movie with her finally. Now I'll have to wait a few years to share it with Grande.
